European Cars B.V.
(vehicle purchase) or SC-Exports Remarketing GmbH (vehicle sale). The legal basis for this

When purchasing vehicles from SC-Exports European Cars B.V., you have the option of participating
in a financing program that allows you to purchase vehicles up to a certain total amount and
defer payment of the purchase price to a later date. If you apply for the financing program, a
credit check will be carried out at Verband der Vereine Creditreform e. V. Hammfelddamm 13,
41460 Neuss, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Creditreform”). The data that is transmitted

If you have commissioned us to deregister your vehicle, SC-Exports European Cars B.V. will forward
the data required for deregistration, such as company name, address, vehicle identification
number and license plate number, to SC-Exports Group Operations SE. The legal basis for this
processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b, f GDPR. If the processing is based on our legitimate interest, this
is to outsource internal administrative purposes to affiliated companies and thus improve our
services.
SC-Exports uses the services of Christoph Kroschke GmbH (formerly: DAD Deutscher Auto Dienst
GmbH), Ladestraße 1, 22926 Ahrensburg, Germany, to deregister the vehicle. This service
provider has been carefully selected, is bound to strict confidentiality and processes personal
data only on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of SC-Exports. The legal basis for this

drawing on external expertise.
If you have also commissioned us to deliver your vehicle, SC-Exports may also forward the data

If your vehicle sold to us is resold, personal data may be transferred to the new buyer of the
vehicle. This transfer only concerns personal data that can be seen on the vehicle documents

WhatsApp is required for use.
All communication content (your messages and attached images) is secured by WhatsApp using
