The listing price includes all taxes?

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Value Added Tax is not included in the listed prices and, where applicable, will be charged separately.
The only additional cost beyond the quoted prices is the transportation/shipping fee to the customer’s designated location.

Shipping Cost
As part of a limited promotional offer, the shipping cost is fixed at EUR 520.00. This preferential rate applies exclusively during the promotional period and is subject to change thereafter

What is the auction fee?

Registration and use of our platform are free of charge: no monthly costs or commissions and no minimum purchase amounts, no minimum sales amounts or similar commitments apply. Only, once you buy a car, the auction fee applies and helps us fund our product and service offering. The auction fee is charged for the use of our auction platform and only due if you buy a car; when you buy a car the net auction fee (net of VAT) for any transaction is already included in your bid. The minimum amount of the auction fee that applies to a particular sale will be shown on SC-Exports.com during the auction, the exact amount will be displayed on your order confirmation. Please note that VAT will be added on the auction fee depending on VAT rules.

How do I place a claim?

When do I receive the invoice?

The digital invoices will be generated upon receipt of the payment. It can take up to 48 hours for the SC-Exports.com system to register payments. For international transactions, it may take up to 5 working days for the money to reach our account depending on the banks involved.

Can I pick up directly from the branch?

Only in special cases will we allow pickup from a branch – this includes if a car cannot be transported by our carrier i.e. is not roadworthy or too large.

How can I manage my notifications?

What happens if the top bid doesn’t reach my expected price at the end of an auction cycle?

Underbid offer: All bids not surpassing the expected price are binding to the bidder but do not oblige you to sell the car. However, you have the possibility to accept the offer via the Remarketing Dashboard.
Underbids have a validity of 21 hours after auction end time.

Counter-Offer: You have the opportunity to further increase the latest bid by making a counter offer to the top bidder and hence meet somewhere in the middle between your initial expected sell price and the maximum bid available.

Re-introduction: An unsuccessful course of an auction offers the possibility, on condition that the minimum selling price is reduced, to reintroduce a car into another auction cycle.
