However, we act as your eyes and ears; our listings include detailed mechanical and cosmetic reports. If the provided media is not sufficient, contact us for specific high-resolution video walk-arounds
We provide a 48-hour or 50-mile testing window (whichever comes first) starting from the moment of delivery. This allows you to verify that the vehicle or machine arrives in the condition described in our listing.
If a major mechanical discrepancy or undisclosed defect is discovered during the 48-hour testing period, you must notify us immediately. If the claim is verified, we will facilitate a return and a full refund. Beyond this 48-hour/50-mile window, all sales are final and “As-Is.”

Shipping for tractors and construction machinery is negotiable. Due to the varying weights and dimensions of heavy equipment, we calculate these costs on a case-by-case basis to ensure you get the most competitive freight rate available.
Payment is required in full via bank wire transfer within 3 business days of the auction’s conclusion. Delivery and export logistics will only be initiated once the total balance is settled.
SC Exports provides all necessary documentation for legal ownership and international transport. This includes the Bill of Sale, Title (or equivalent export certificate), and a Commercial Invoice. For international buyers, we also provide the Bill of Lading.

Bidding is a legally binding commitment. Failure to complete a transaction results in a permanent ban from the platform and the forfeiture of any registration deposits. We may also pursue legal action for breach of contract to maintain the integrity of our marketplace.
