To bid, you must first create a verified account on our platform. Once registered, you can place bids manually or set a maximum proxy bid. If you are the highest bidder when the clock expires and the reserve is met, you will receive an automated invoice via email.

2. Can I inspect the vehicle before bidding?

As stated in our site policy, we do not allow on-site inspections. We serve as a high-volume export hub. However, we act as your eyes and ears; our listings include detailed mechanical and cosmetic reports. If the provided media is not sufficient, contact us for specific high-resolution video walk-arounds

3. What is the "48-Hour Performance Guarantee"?

We provide a 48-hour or 50-mile testing window (whichever comes first) starting from the moment of delivery. This allows you to verify that the vehicle or machine arrives in the condition described in our listing.

4. How does the refund process work?

If a major mechanical discrepancy or undisclosed defect is discovered during the 48-hour testing period, you must notify us immediately. If the claim is verified, we will facilitate a return and a full refund. Beyond this 48-hour/50-mile window, all sales are final and “As-Is.”

5. Are there any shipping costs for vehicles?

We offer Complimentary (Free) Shipping for all standard passenger vehicles and classic cars to major ports and regional hubs.

6. How is shipping calculated for heavy machinery and tractors?

Shipping for tractors and construction machinery is negotiable. Due to the varying weights and dimensions of heavy equipment, we calculate these costs on a case-by-case basis to ensure you get the most competitive freight rate available.

7. When is payment due?

Payment is required in full via bank wire transfer within 3 business days of the auction’s conclusion. Delivery and export logistics will only be initiated once the total balance is settled.

8. What documentation will I receive with my purchase?

SC Exports provides all necessary documentation for legal ownership and international transport. This includes the Bill of Sale, Title (or equivalent export certificate), and a Commercial Invoice. For international buyers, we also provide the Bill of Lading.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We are specialists in global logistics. We handle the complexities of customs clearance and international freight to ensure your purchase reaches your destination safely, whether by RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) or container shipping.

10. What happens if I win an auction but do not pay?

Bidding is a legally binding commitment. Failure to complete a transaction results in a permanent ban from the platform and the forfeiture of any registration deposits. We may also pursue legal action for breach of contract to maintain the integrity of our marketplace.
